WA: Three again plead not guilty to murder of cancer patient

PERTH, Feb 5 AAP - A doctor and two siblings pleaded not guilty today to the wilful
murder of the siblings' terminally ill sister - two months after the same charge against
them was dismissed.
The trio also pleaded not guilty in the West Australian Supreme Court to the alternative
charge of assisting a suicide, a legal measure used by the Crown to allow a jury the option
of convicting on the lesser charge.
