National Bank of Commerce in Memphis is offering both new and existing customers discounts on that most precious of commodities, gasoline, when they open new accounts. Depending on the type of gasoline purchased, customers receive a card good for discounts, ranging from 2 cents to 6 cents per gallon, at participating service stations. The promotion is available in Memphis and in some other parts of Tennessee.
